The Challenge

This project aimed to push the boundaries of web-based 3D visualization by implementing a Gaussian Splatting pipeline that runs at 60fps on mobile devices.

Traditional photogrammetry often lacks high-frequency details and struggles with reflective surfaces. The client needed a solution that would provide photorealistic results for their automotive showcase without heavy download sizes.

The Solution

We implemented a custom 3DGS renderer using WebGL and optimized the ply compression. By integrating a level-of-detail system, we achieved instant load times and seamless exploration.
