A high-fidelity interactive 3D Gaussian Splatting experience for a luxury perfume brand, enabling photorealistic web-based exploration.

Aura Glass pushes the boundaries of web-based product visualization. By leveraging Gaussian Splatting (3DGS), we captured the intricate refraction and transparency of crystalline glass that traditional polygonal modeling often struggles to replicate efficiently.
The primary challenge was maintaining 60 FPS performance on mobile devices while rendering a high-density point cloud with complex light refraction simulations.
We developed a custom tile-based rendering pipeline for the splat data and used a deferred shading approach to handle the secondary light bounces in the crystalline material.
